The Arrowhead Sangha

We are a non-denominational group of practitioners and students of many Buddhist traditions including Tibetan Buddhism, Zen, and insight meditation. The word sangha is Sanskrit for "community." What to Expect

The focus of these meetings is the practice of zazen or meditation, although the style and length of meditation periods, as well as the discussions afterwards, vary with each location. Discussion topics are generally Buddhist in nature, but please do not feel as though you need to be a Buddhist or have knowledge of any Buddhist tradition to join us. Because meditation is a natural human activity, not unique to any one religion or philosophy, we welcome everyone to come sit with us.
